What is ELSA?

The Education and Livelihood Skills Alliance (ELSA) is a multi-stakeholder and multi-sectoral partnership that seeks to create and expand school and community-based learning and employment programs for the Philippine's young people, especially in the ARMM and other conflict areas.

USAID Philippines provides funding support to the programs of ELSA through the Education Quality and Access for Learning and Livelihood Skills (EQuALLS) project.

What are the programs of ELSA?

Where does ELSA operate?

The programs of ELSA are implemented in the provinces of Maguindanao, Lanao del Sur, Sulu, Basilan, Tawi-Tawi, and Marawi City of ARMM, the Zamboanga Peninsula in Region 9, Misamis Occidental in Region 10, Saranggani in Region 11, Cotabato City, South Cotabato, and Cotabato Province in Region 12.
